On one hand, the economic situation on the hotel market is good, the Poles find investing in the real estate market more and more interesting. On the other, there are considerable limits in the housing construction trade. As a result, the sector of condo/aparthotels keeps on expanding. It gives a chance for the residential developers to build there where housing investments would be impossible or unattractive. It’s also an opportunity to maximise income in tourist locations. As the market shows, buyers can get as much as 7% return of such an investment comparing it to 4,7% obtained on average when leasing a typical flat.
However, only then can a condoinvestment satisfy both the developer and the buyer, when a series of various aspects connected with the hotel market is taken into account. And these aspects are not always quite obvious to these developers who had previously worked in the housing construction.
